Competitive Hard Bid

In a General Contracting hard-bid arrangement, the Contractor is selected based on lowest qualified bid. The Owner bears the greatest responsibility for phases of construction since they contract separately with the Architect and Contractor and coordinates with both.

Working with the Оwner’s design professionals, we add value engineering, scheduling and craftsmanship to construct a superior, high-quality building project.
