The facility features a regulation eight-lane indoor swimming pool surrounded by a five-foot cool deck, along with locker rooms, restrooms, and office space.
Beyond the aquatic center itself, Langston Construction also provided master planning services to help the organization plan future development of its expanding campus.

Langston Construction completed a full design-build project for Ledcor Technical Services, creating a modern two-story commercial office facility in Lufkin.
The 6,500-square-foot building was designed to combine operational functionality with architectural character. Distinctive features include a custom staircase design and creative exterior awnings that provide both visual appeal and practical shading.
Through the design-build process, Langston Construction coordinated planning, design, and construction to streamline communication, maintain budget control, and keep the project on schedule.

Langston Construction served as Construction Manager for the development of The Colony, a Class A apartment community designed to address the growing housing demand in Victoria, Texas.
Situated on 15 acres, the project includes 180 garden-style apartment units spread across ten three-story wood-framed buildings totaling more than 155,000 square feet of rentable space.
The development features a clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with barbecue areas, and modern apartment amenities including nine-foot ceilings, laminate wood flooring, and stainless steel appliances.
The Colony provides high-quality residential housing while contributing to the continued growth of the Victoria community.
