Langston Construction used its full Design/Build capabilities to bring Eagle’s Den Suites to six South Texas and West Texas communities — Andrews, Big Spring, Carrizo Springs, Cotulla, Kenedy, and Three Rivers — along the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin. Langston guided each project from site selection and municipal coordination through design and construction, delivering turnkey extended-stay housing to meet urgent demand from the region’s oil service labor force.
Each location features four two-story, wood-frame buildings totaling roughly 40,000 square feet with 80 fully furnished one-bedroom units, plus a manager’s office, commercial-grade laundry facility, and two outdoor pavilions with fire pits. Exteriors combine composition shingle roofing, native limestone, and rough-sawn cedar gable fronts with native landscaping — reflecting the character of the Texas Hill Country and showcasing Langston’s ability to deliver durable, thoughtfully built projects at scale.

Due to the proximity to the airport, challenging soil conditions, and construction timing, the project utilized a poured-in-place concrete structural system with tunnel form construction to ensure durability and structural stability.
The hotel includes a variety of guest amenities designed to support business and leisure travelers, including a conference room, meeting spaces, fitness center, business center, and bar and buffet areas.

The facility was constructed using load-bearing metal stud framing, along with nearly 46,000 square feet of paving and parking areas to support guest access and circulation.
The project was completed nearly six weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the hotel to begin operations earlier than anticipated.
